தவணை 2 வாரம் 7 அறிவித்தல்கள்

1. வகுப்புகளுக்கான நேரம், இடம் / Classes Time and Location

வகுப்புக்களுக்கான நேர அட்டவணை கீழே காட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது: Class Timetable is as follows:

பேச்சுப் போட்டிக்கான பெறுபேறுகள் வருகிற வாரத்திற்குள் அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படும். Speech competition results will be released during next week.

2. சுகவீனாமான மாணவர்கள் / Students with Sickness

உங்களுடைய பிள்ளைகள் சுகவீனாமாக இருந்தால் அவர்களை பாடசாலைக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டாம் என்று கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். சுகவீனத்துடன் வரும் மாணவர்களை இனங்காணுமிடத்து, அவர்களுக்கு முகக் கவசம் வழங்கப்படும். மருத்துவக் காரணங்களுக்காக உங்கள் குழந்தைகள் முகக் கவசம் பாவிக்க முடியாதிருந்தால், முன் கூட்டியே எமக்கு அறியத்தரவும்.

If your child is sick, please do not send them to the school. If we find a child with sickness, we will provide a surgical face mask. If your child can not wear face mask due to medical reasons, please let us know in advance.

3. மாணவர் ஒன்றுகூடல் / Assembly

இந்த வாரத்திற்கான மாணவர் ஒன்று கூடல் பி. ப. 3.00 தொடக்கம் பி. ப. 3.15 வரை இரண்டு வளாகங்களிலும் நடைபெறும். ஒன்றுகூடலுக்கான வகுப்பினை அறிந்து கொள்ள கீழே உள்ள இணைப்பை அழுத்தி பாடசாலை நாட்காட்டியைப் பார்க்கவும்.

4. புதிய மாணவர்களை பதிவு செய்தல் / Enrolment of New Students

நடப்பு வருடத்தின் ஆடி 31ம் திகதி அன்று (July 31st) மூன்றரை அல்லது அதற்கும் கூடிய வயதை எய்தும் சிறார்களை வென்ற்வேத்வில் தமிழ்க் கல்வி நிலையத்தில் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளலாம். இரண்டு பாடசாலைகளிலும் மாணவர்களைப் பதிவு செய்யலாம்.

Children over three and half year old as of 31st July 2024 are eligible to enroll in the Tamil School. Enrolments will be taking place at both schools.

Girraween Public School (GPS) 9 Bando Rd, Girraween NSW 2145 Entry via Bando Road (GATE 4)

Metella Road Public School (MRPS) 117-131 Metella Rd, Toongabbie, NSW 2146 Entry via Metella Road only

The enrollment process is as follows: Step 1: Visit the WTSC website or click the enrolment link below; Website Link: https://wtsc.ueducateus.com.au/enrolment

Note: Please complete the online enrolment form before visiting the schools. Ensure you have filled all the fields to avoid delay in enrolment.

Step 2: Visit a school in person to complete other processes. Payment Methods:

Note: Students in Year 6 and above (in the mainstream) will be assessed with a simple exam. This exam takes only 15 minutes to understand the students’ competency in the Tamil language in order to be assigned to an appropriate class.

Step 3: New students are directed to their appropriate classrooms.

5. பாடசாலை வசதிக் கட்டணம் / School Facilities Fee

பெற்றோர்கள், மாணவர்களுக்கான பாடசாலை வசதிக் கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்தி, பாடசாலை நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு உதவுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

We request parents to pay the school facilities fees to smoothly run the school’s day-to-day activities.

6. விசேட தேவைகள் / Special Needs

உங்கள் மாணவர்களுக்கு எதாவது விசேட தேவைகள் இருப்பின் அறியத்தரவும்.

Please inform us, if your child has special needs.

7. தொண்டர்கள் / Volunteers

இப் பாடசாலை தன்னார்வத் தொண்டர்களால் நடாத்தப்படுகிறது. பெற்றோர்களைத் தாமாக முன்வந்து, தொண்டர்களாக இணைந்து, பாடசாலை நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஈடுபடுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

This school is run by volunteers. We request parents to become as volunteers and engage in school activities.

8. எமது மாணவர்களுக்குப் பயனுள்ள தகவல்கள் / Useful Information for our Students

8.1 சைவ மன்றம் நடாத்தும் திருக்குறள் போட்டி

சைவ மன்றம் நடாத்தும் திருக்குறள் போட்டி 3 பிரிவுகளாக நடாத்தப்படுகிறது. இத் திருக்குறள் மனனத்தேர்வில் பங்குபற்ற விரும்பும் மாணவர்கள், மேலதிக விபரங்களுக்கு சைவ மன்றத்தினரை தொடர்பு கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். இத் திருக்குறள் மனன ஒப்புவிப்பு 30.06.2024 நடைபெறும்.

தேர்வுக் கொத்தையும் விபரங்களையும் பின்வரும் இடங்களில் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

8.2 ஆஸ்திரேலிய பட்டதாரிகள் தமிழர் சங்கம் (ASoGT) தமிழ் ஊக்குவிப்புப் போட்டி

தமிழ் மொழியின் பயன்பாட்டை ஊக்குவிப்பதுடன், நமது சமூகத்தில் உள்ள தமிழ்ச் சிறுவர்களிடையே இன்றியமையாத தலைமைத்துவத் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான தளத்தை வழங்குவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு, ஆஸ்திரேலிய பட்டதாரிகள் தமிழர் சங்கம் (ASoGT) 1994 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் தமிழ் ஊக்குவிப்புப் போட்டிகளை நடாத்தி வருகிறது.

தமிழ் ஊக்குவிப்புப் போட்டிக் குழு, 2024 போட்டியின் தகவல் தொகுப்பை இணையத்தளதில் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. ஜூன் 16, ஆகஸ்ட் 04, 11, 18 & 25 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் போட்டிகள் நடைபெற உள்ளன.

முக்கியமான திகதிகள்:

  • இளைஞர் பிரிவுக்கான எழுத்தறிவுப் போட்டி: 16/06/2024 (விண்ணப்ப முடிவு 09/06/2024)
  • சிட்னியில் மற்றய போட்டிகள்: 04, 11, 18 & 25 ஆவணி 2024 (விண்ணப்ப முடிவு 14/07/2024)
  • சிட்னியில் தேசிய போட்டிகள்: 28/09/2024
  • பரிசளிப்பு விழா (தேசிய + மாநிலம்): 29/09/2024

போட்டி விவரங்கள், தகவல் தொகுப்பு, ஒவ்வொரு பிரிவுக்கான தகவல், கடந்த கால வினாத்தாள்கள், மாதிரி வாய்மொழித் தொடர்பாடல் மற்றும் வினாடி வினா போட்டிக்கான வினாக்கள் என்பவற்றை www.tamilcompetition.org என்னும் இணையத் தளத்தில் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

9. வளாக நடைமுறைகள் / Operations and Regulations:

GPS வளாக நடைமுறைகள்:

  • வகுப்புகளுக்குள் நுழைதல்: ஆசிரியர்கள் வகுப்பறைக்குள் சென்ற பின்னரே மாணவர்கள் வகுப்பறைக்குள் செல்லவேண்டும்.
  • பாடசாலைப் பாவனை: GPS பாடசாலை வளாகத்தில், கட்டட வேலைகள் ஆரம்பத்திருப்பதால், அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்ட இடங்களில் மாத்திரம் கவனமாக நடமாடவும், தேவை ஏற்படும்போது தொண்டர்களை அணுகவும்.
  • வாகன நிறுத்தம்: NSW மாநில வீதிப் போக்குவரத்து விதிகள் மற்றும் வீதி ஒழுங்குகளைப் பின்பற்றவும். அயலவர்களுக்கு இடையூறு ஏற்படாத வண்ணம் வாகனங்களை நிறுத்தவும்.
  • உணவு மற்றும் பானம்: வகுப்பறைக்குள் உணவும் பானமும் கொண்டு வருதல் முற்றாகத் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

GPS operations and regulations:

  • Classroom Entry: Students should not enter in to the class room without teacher’s presence.
  • School premises usage: Please use the premises cautiously as GPS has started building construction.
  • Parking: Please ensure that you obey NSW street parking rules and exercise common courtesy when parking your car on the street. Ensure you are not causing inconvenience to the neighbors.
  • Food and Drink: No food or drink allowed inside the Classrooms.

MRPS வளாக நடைமுறைகள்:

  • வகுப்புகளுக்குள் நுழைதல்: ஆசிரியர்கள் வகுப்பறைக்குள் சென்ற பின்னரே மாணவர்கள் வகுப்பறைக்குள் செல்லவேண்டும்.
  • பாடசாலைப் பாவனை: MRPS பாடசாலை வளாகத்தில் அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்ட இடங்களில் மாத்திரம் நடமாடவும். தேவை ஏற்படும்போது தொண்டர்களை அணுகவும்.
  • வாகன நிறுத்தம்: NSW மாநில வீதிப் போக்குவரத்து விதிகள் மற்றும் வீதி ஒழுங்குகளைப் பின்பற்றவும். அயலவர்களுக்கு இடையூறு ஏற்படாத வண்ணம் வாகனங்களை நிறுத்தவும்.
  • உணவு மற்றும் பானம்: வகுப்பறைக்குள் உணவும் பானமும் கொண்டு வருதல் முற்றாகத் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

MRPS operations and regulations:

  • Classroom Entry: Students should not enter in to the class room without teacher’s presence.
  • School premises usage: Parents may face certain restrictions when entering certain blocks inside the school. We kindly ask for your cooperation with our volunteers.
  • Parking: Please ensure that you obey NSW street parking rules and exercise common courtesy when parking your car on the street. Ensure you are not causing inconvenience to the neighbors.
  • Food and Drink: No food or drink allowed inside the Classrooms.
